Developed across two adjacent plots, the project integrates an existing residence with a new structure, connected at the balcony and terrace levels through an expansion joint to read as one unified façade. Clad in Mocha Crema stone, the elevation is defined by clean horizontals, recessed balconies, and subtle shadow play. Wooden ceiling accents add warmth, while vertical slits and slender railings complete a composition that feels grounded, timeless, and harmoniously scaled within Noida’s urban fabric.

The interiors reflect understated elegance through a warm palette of natural materials, soft neutrals, and diffused light. A sculpted wooden sectional with bronze accents anchors the living area, complemented by textured panels and marble details. Bedrooms continue the restrained language with layered lighting, refined wood tones, and smooth finishes. Natural light seamlessly ties the spaces together in comfort and quiet sophistication.
