Conceived as a concrete luxury home, the residence draws its identity from exposed concrete, expressed through a refined European contemporary language. Structure, texture, and technology come together seamlessly, with full home automation enhancing modern comfort and ease. The plan is clearly zoned into live, relax, and reside, ensuring functional clarity. A subtle site slope enables smooth ground-to-basement access, while interiors balance the rawness of concrete with minimal detailing and soft tonal finishes.

My role involved preparing detailed working drawings and construction documentation, along with regular site visits for supervision and coordination. I also actively participated in client, consultant, and vendor meetings to align design intent and monitor project progress.
