Designed this builder-floor residence for a couple and their young son, the home spans the ground and basement levels, with stilt reserved for parking and services. The ground floor accommodates everyday living, while the basement is dedicated to recreation, clearly separating daily life from leisure.

The design balances calm sophistication with bold accents. Sunlit living spaces feature soft neutrals and clean lines, while warm tones and reflective finishes enhance depth in transitional areas. Below, the basement shifts in mood with a amusement zone, bar & screening lounge opening to a courtyard, and private den, creating a layered home that blends serenity with darker toned and vibrant social energy.

The basement embraces a bold black theme, creating an immersive and sophisticated leisure environment, defining a contemporary, masculine aesthetic. Dark textured wall panels, concealed linear lighting, and matte finishes establish depth and drama, while controlled illumination highlights key elements such as the lounge seating, entertainment wall, and bespoke bar. Rich materials, clean lines, and subtle metallic accents add refinement without overpowering the space. Designed as a private retreat, the basement balances mood and comfort.
