Situated on the outskirts of a bustling town, this corporate office for a leading shoe manufacturer reinterprets industrial architecture through material honesty and functional clarity.

Using Local materials and minimizing environmental impact, the building aligns with LEED and GRIHA principles. The facade consists of a brick-louvered screen that acts as a solar shading device. The duality of strength and lightness in this brick façade achieve a sense of balance. The building with brick façade will be equipped in order to blend into the historical ensemble, whilst adopting and expanding on the tradition of the historical structures.
